We will use the power of the MLS and our Off-Market channels to find an end buyer – Possibly conventional buyer or FHA, VA, etc.


Agent negotiates with Buyer/Buyers Agent on repairs, upgrades, inspection items.

The Agent will then hire Birddog Seller Services on your behalf to make the necessary repairs, upgrades or fix inspection items. Allowing the sale to proceed.


You close at a local reputable Closing Attorney’s office with the End Buyer.
